Overall they run a half size small so you want to go up a half size.

Of course! Overall, they fit a little snug/small. If you like polos to fit but not be tight, go up a size from what you normally wear for a more comfortable fit.

I suggest following what the garment says but also keep in mind, do not to wash golf polos and golf pants with towels or jeans. Those heavy garments tend to beat up the fabric in the wash. Also, do not put in the dryer. You want to hang dry.
