Men's Custom Dress Shirts In Phoenix
Custom fit, premium fabrics, and every detail specified by you. Every appointment, made just for you.
A custom dress shirt is more than a shirt. It is a foundational piece of your wardrobe, and a long-term investment in fit, quality, and the way you show up.
Whether you're building a rotation of everyday business shirts, a set of shirts for a wedding party, or a formal shirt for a black-tie occasion, our in-studio appointments are designed around you. Your measurements, your fabric, your collar, your cuff, your details.
Every appointment at our Phoenix studio is private, in-person, and unhurried. We take the time to understand your build, your preferences, and how you actually wear your shirts, so what you leave with becomes a piece you reach for again and again.
Fitting Process
Meet with Mary to discuss your lifestyle, upcoming occasions, personal style, and what you would like your custom clothing to accomplish.
Together, you will select the fabric, collar, cuffs, pockets, buttons, and other details that make the garment uniquely yours.
Mary takes precise measurements and evaluates your build, posture, and proportions to build a pattern just for you. You will also discuss how you prefer your clothing to fit and feel.
A pattern is created for your body and sent to our master makers, who begin constructing your garment with careful attention to structure and detail.
If needed, you will try on the unfinished garment so Mary can evaluate its fit, balance, and proportions. Any necessary adjustments are recorded before your final garment is completed.
At your final appointment, Mary reviews the finished garment, confirms the fit, and ensures every detail is exactly as intended.

Men’s Custom Dress Shirt: $350+
Pricing is shaped primarily on the fabric you choose and the level of make. We source cloth directly from renowned mills including Thomas Mason and Loro Piana, so the hand, the drape, and the way the garment performs over time are all exceptional from the very first fitting.

"Mary has custom made both shirts and jackets for me. In addition, she has helped me find the right accessories to pull my look together. She carries amazing fabrics and patterns for both shirts and jackets, and her attention to detail is unsurpassed. Mary is professional and working with her is a pleasure. I asked her to speak to my executive team about dressing professionally. Her knowledge and insight helped inspire and guide them to dress in a more professional and polished manner at the office. I would highly recommend Mary."

Custom dress shirts are for any man who wants a shirt that actually fits, in fabrics and details he has chosen himself. Our clients include professionals who wear a dress shirt every day, grooms and groomsmen looking for something coordinated and elevated for a wedding, men with a build that is difficult to fit off the rack (broad chest, longer arms, athletic taper, big and tall), and clients who simply appreciate the difference a well-made shirt makes.
Most custom shirts are ready in five to seven weeks from your appointment. Wedding party orders and larger shirt programs should be scheduled earlier, so please book at least eight to ten weeks before your event date.
Taking care of your custom suit and sport coat plays a major role in preserving the look, fit, and longevity of your custom garments. We recommend storing your suit or sport coat on a quality hanger to maintain its shape and structure, and using a garment bag for added protection.
Dry cleaning should be done thoughtfully, not routinely. Clean your garment only when it has been exposed to heavy perspiration or if staining occurs, as over-cleaning can shorten the life of fine fabrics. Custom suits and sport coats should never be cleaned at home in a washing machine, as this can damage the structure, canvas, and overall integrity of the garment. We strongly recommend professional care only and from a reputable cleaner (not the 99 cent cleaners).
Whenever possible, entrust your garments to a high-end dry cleaner experienced with tailored clothing. If you live in Phoenix, we recommend Maroney’s, Arcadia, or Elite Cleaners, all of which understand the care required for premium fabrics and construction.
Finally, allow your garments time to rest between wears. Giving your suit or sport coat a day or two to breathe helps the fabric recover, reduces wear, and keeps it looking sharp for years to come.
Bring a dress shirt you already own that you love the fit of, or one that fits poorly in a specific way you want us to correct. If the shirts are for a specific suit, sport coat, or occasion, bring or share photos of those pieces too. Most of all, come with an idea of how you plan to wear the shirt so we can guide fabric weight, collar style, and cuff choice accordingly.
I have been fortunate to work with high-profile clients, and I remain committed to protecting the integrity of their privacy.
For clients that prefer the highest level of privacy during fitting appointments, I offer in-home or after-hours sessions at my store. All of your measurements are taken by me personally.
During fittings, the photos I need to collaborate with my tailors are always taken from the shoulders down to prevent identification, and unless you provide me with your explicit consent, I will not share any photos for promotional reasons.
Call me old-fashioned, but I also refuse to use cloud-based tools for my client records to avoid unwanted eyes on their information. Any personal information is stored on a private device and securely kept on premise.
