Day 2 at the Masters brought out similar styles and looks for the golfers:

• Monochromatic
• Green
• Stripes
• Allover Prints

I defiantly think next year I will be attending this amazing event so I can see first-hand these amazing men sporting their stylish digs. I figured I can sit at a hole and watch them parade up the greens and get great shots. Til then, here are some great looks I saw featured on Master.com.

The monochratic look (head to toe in one color or shades of that one color) was seen on a couple golfers.

Adam Scott – love his faded grey green look. His hats pairs nicely as do his shoes. Great golf look.

Phil Mickelson – I’ve seen him wear head to toe black at other tournaments. A striking look. Love it!!

Patrick Cantlay sporting black and grey. Very dressy and polished. Black is my favorite color to wear. That’s the New Yorker in me.

Tiger Woods is wearing his signature micro collar and this time black micro stripe. He looks great! Love that he keeps to his golf uniform.

Phil Mickelson – Here’s Phil earlier in the day warming up. Love that he changes outfits. Just imagining he’s wearing blue slacks and another GQ monochromatic golf look. Well done, Phil!

Abraham Ancer got the green memo and love the light mint color. His complete outfit is trim and tailored. A lot of golfers’ clothes fit them nicely and that’s so nice to see.

Brooks Koepka is wearing a military green allover print polo paired with dark slacks. Seeing green make me happy!!

I’m seeing more stripes this fall (in golf attire) and yes, it’s not revolutionary. Justin Thomas is wearing a great micro stripe polo and love how his entire look is very polished and put together. I can see most men today wearing this look. The key to wearing micro stripes and looking good is make sure the pants or shorts you choose to wear are darker than the polo. Even the darker color stripe. But not the light color. Darker bottoms ground the look.

John Augenstein made his Masters debut and love what he chose to wear. Pink stripe polo and navy slacks. It’s classic men’s golf attire and not too young. Many young men today like to dress “older” and the opposite is true. Older men like to dress younger – not all – but yes some do. John’s classic pink polo and traditional stripes are a perfect look. Everyone will focus on his swing or putts and not what he’s wearing. Take notes from John. If you are new to a job or event and are young (25 or below), wear something classic so that people notice but don’t remember. You want them to remember your face and the good first impression. Not your crazy polo or shoes.

Hideki Matsuyama is by far takes my vote for most stylish golfer at the Masters. He’s rocking another bold vertical stripe polo. The polo works because he pairs it with white bottoms and pink saddle shoes. Yes, I mentioned earlier not to wear stripes with lighter bottoms, however, he pulls it off because the polo is a wider bolder stripe and not a micro stripe. Micro stripes go darker.

Bryson DeChambeau may not have had the best day at the Masters but he did look great. Love his color blocked multicolored stripe polo. Very Ralph Lauren and southern gentleman style. When in the south – this is what you wear.

Tommy Fleetwood sporting a wide stripe in a tan color. Very British – just like him. Love this bold stripe polo and take note. Every style guy needs a bold stripe polo stat!

Christiaan Bezuidenhoout is wearing a great allover print polo. Looks like the Greyson Clothiers polos I carry in my shop but his polo is made from Galvin Green (I think). Check out his instragram with so many more great polos and looks. Love this style

Cameron Smith is also wearing an allover printed polo. Slightly bigger prints of golfers swinging at the ball. A fun vintage look.
