Many brands I carry have tall sizes or longer inseams.  Brands like Ballin, Greyson Clothiers, NN07 and Fidelity denim all have longer inseams.  If I don't have the item in your size or inseam, send me a message, I can special order it for you.  Looking for shorter inseams, message me about that too.  Many brands carry those as well.  I also do a lot hemming for my clients.  If you need me to help hem slacks or shorts, just make notes in the comment section and I can help you out.
