Looking for a clean cotton short? I have it just for you. Here is the crown short from NN07. It's made of a cotton elastane blend with is great because it gives the fabric a bit a stretch. It's a light weight short with angle front pockets, zipper fly and welted pockets in the back. The inseam is 9.5". It's a slightly shorter inseam but proportional for the fit of the short. It hits above the knee. It's a great classic cotton short but modern with the fabric and updated fit. Compared to your old school cotton short, the crown short is much cleaner, slightly more tailored and a better quality fabric.
