This is a subtle purple solid shirt. It has a very very fine check but really is more a solid. the purple color is light. Please watch the video where I compare it to a white solid. If you are nervous about wearing a purple shirt, here is the shirt to try. It is not loud or bright but a very soft color.
This is a tuck in shirt meaning the leeward group of regular length shirts that are meant to be tucked in. The collar is a spread collar and there is a place for removable collar stays.
You cam wear this soft purple shirt with a sport coat, suit and tie, your favorite khaki shorts and jeans. You can pretty much wear it with almost anything.
Fit: I carry this shirt in the trim fit. Mizzen + Main's trim fit is exactly that - trim but trust me it is not tight. This shirt is the most universal fit and it basically cleans up the fullness in the stomach. If you have a large belly, this is not the shirt for you. Give Mizzen + Main a try. It maybe your favorite shirt.
